Refund policy

Alvasti does not accept voluntary returns or offer refunds for a change of mind, an incorrect size or color selection, or an order placed in error. Please review your order before checkout.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly through our Contact page. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable law. Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.

This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded. Where applicable law gives you a right to cancel or withdraw from a purchase, including an applicable 14-day right for EU customers, contact us within that period to exercise it. We will provide return instructions and issue any refund owed to the original payment method within the period required by law.
